What are the difficulties of purification engineering?

    The purification project is generally the construction of a clean room, a clean room, also known as a clean room or a clean room. It is the foundation of contamination control, and without a clean room, mass production of contamination-sensitive parts is impossible. In FED-STD-2, a cleanroom is defined as a room with air filtration, distribution, optimization, construction materials and devices, in which specific regular operating procedures are used to control the concentration of airborne particulates to achieve an appropriate level of particulate cleanliness . The purification project is to remove particulates, harmful air, bacteria and other pollutants in the air within a certain space, and control the indoor temperature, cleanliness, pressure, airflow speed and airflow distribution, noise and vibration, lighting, and static electricity within a certain range.
    Engineering disciplines within the scope of demand. The room specially designed by the purification engineering, no matter how the external air conditions change, the room has the performance of maintaining the originally set requirements of cleanliness, temperature, humidity and pressure. The main function of a clean room is to control the cleanliness and temperature and humidity of the atmosphere that products (such as silicon chips, etc.) come into contact with, so that products can be produced and manufactured in a good environmental space, which we call a clean room ( i.e. purification project).

1、Demolition works
   Do not use "fire" operations as much as possible, especially the removal of transmission pipelines and exhaust lines with flammable and explosive substances, and "fire" operations are strictly prohibited; when "fire" operations must be used, it should be within 1 hour. After confirming that there is no problem, you can leave the site; for the demolition work that may generate vibration, you should coordinate with the relevant parties in advance to determine the construction time: if the part is demolished, the rest will not be demolished or still need to be used, and the system disconnection and failure should be properly handled. Necessary test work (flow, pressure, etc.) before dismantling; when disconnecting the power supply, an operating electrician must be present to deal with safety and operation matters.

2.Air duct construction
  Strictly carry out on-site construction in accordance with relevant regulations, and formulate construction and safety regulations according to the actual situation of the renovation site; properly inspect and save the air ducts to be installed on the site, keep the inside and outside of the ducts clean, and seal both ends with plastic film; use expansion for hoisting There will be vibration when bolting, so it should be coordinated with the owner and other relevant personnel in advance: remove the sealing film before hoisting the air duct, and wipe the inside after hoisting, and hoist the vulnerable parts (such as plastic pipes, thermal insulation layers) in the original facilities. etc.) are not under pressure and take the necessary protective measures.

3.Piping and wiring construction

   For the welding operations required for piping and wiring, fire-fighting equipment, asbestos boards, etc. should be prepared; it should be carried out in strict accordance with the relevant construction acceptance specifications for piping and wiring. If the water pressure test is not allowed in the vicinity of the site, the air pressure test can be used, but corresponding safety measures shall be taken according to regulations;
  When connecting with the original pipeline, the safety technical measures before and during the connection should be formulated in advance, especially for the connection of flammable, toxic gas and liquid pipelines; during operation, the safety management personnel of the relevant parties must be on site and be prepared when necessary. Fire-fighting equipment; for the construction of high-purity medium pipelines, in addition to complying with relevant regulations and construction, special attention should be paid to cleaning, purging and purity testing when connecting the original pipelines.


4.Completion inspection and trial operation
  The completion acceptance of the transformed clean room should firstly inspect and accept each part according to the relevant standards and specifications;
What needs to be emphasized here is the inspection and acceptance of the relevant parts of the original building and system. Some inspections and acceptances alone cannot prove that they can meet the target requirements of the renovation, and can only be verified through trial operation. Therefore, it is necessary to do a good job of completion acceptance, and also require the construction unit and the owner to do a good job in trial operation;
   The trial operation of the transformed clean room, including the relevant systems, facilities and equipment involved in the transformation, should be carried out one by one in accordance with the relevant standards and specifications, and in combination with the specific conditions of the project to formulate trial operation guidelines and requirements.
     During the trial operation, special attention should be paid to the pull box of the connection part with the original system. The newly added piping system is too small to pollute the original system. Before connection, inspection and testing must be done. Necessary protective measures should be taken during connection. The test run must be carefully checked and tested, and the test run can only be ended when the requirements are met.
